We are the champions….of the talent show!

Tonight, Morningbell graced the University of Florida's Livestock Pavillion for the annual Vet School Pfizer Pfest and Pftalent Show.

Between the tables and tables of Bar-B-Que and the dude who was wrasslin with some fake cattle, we played two songs.

First, Stacie sang a Fiona Apple song with Travis accompanying, and then we played Montage with all the lights.  It was pretty sweet, as it was probably the closest thing we'll get to playing in a stadium.  We got the people in charge to turn all the lights off so it was only our spots and Xmas jackets blinking.  It actually looked pretty bad ass.

So, then, the moment of truth, the decibel-o-meter voting.  Sure enough, we won the damn thing.  who knew!  I thought for sure the dude who roped the bronco's was gonna take the cake.

What did we win, you ask?  How about 250 dollars worth of gift certificates!  We thought they were all going to be for Best Buy, but it turned out that only 25 bucks was for Best Buy, 100 was for WalMart of all places.  The others were from other various establishments on Archer Road.

So, if you want to buy any of the gift certificates, we need the money.  I'll give you 50 cents on the dollar!
